The location and parking was good. We enjoyed a bottle of champagne waiting in the room which was a nice surprise. Close to restaurants; the Opera House and Botanical Gardens were just a short drive away.
Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap but you pay for what you get.

The spacious three-bedroom suite featured a self check-in system that worked like a charm, making arrivals effortless. The ambiance felt cozy, perfect for relaxing after exploring the surroundings.
Dealing with fruit flies on the first night was a downer, especially when management couldn't address it until the next day. The cleaning fee of $150 felt steep for a short stay, particularly when we mostly just bathed and slept there. The heavily trafficked street in front and ongoing construction noise made sitting outside on the porch less enjoyable, leaving us wanting a bit more peace during our time there.

Dude, the Sicilian pastry from Grand Traverse Pie Co was a game-changer! Plus, the spacious vibe and comfy beds made our stay a blast. Not to mention, the check-in was smooth as butter!
Okay, so we brought our own coffee, only to find a Keurig with three pods. A classic coffee pot would save the day! And toss in some coat hooks in the laundry—just a little thing that would make a big difference.

We adored the spacious vibe of our two-bedroom apartment! The balconies were perfect for sipping tea, and the kitchen was a real lifesaver. Plus, those water views made it hard to leave!
But, my goodness, did the laundry room look like it was from the Stone Age? A little upgrade wouldn’t hurt, darling!

The two-bedroom suite offered comfy accommodations and was well-equipped for our group. However, the parking situation was quite challenging, and we experienced some noise due to nearby road construction, which impacted our outdoor enjoyment. Overall, it's suitable for families and groups looking for convenience, but a few improvements could enhance the overall experience.

The two-bedroom suite offered a surprising amount of space and comfort, perfect for lounging around after a long day. Conveniently located near the waterfront, it allowed quick access to the area's attractions while providing a relaxing atmosphere when needed.
Checking in, we noticed fruit flies that lingered from the first night, which wasn't ideal and took a day to resolve. The parking spaces leaned on the narrow side, making it tricky to maneuver larger vehicles during our stay, especially with road construction chaos outside. I also found it odd to be asked to do laundry; paying for cleaning shouldn't involve extra chores, and I’d recommend they invest in better blinds for the ground floor—too much cold seeped through those subpar ones.
